I'm helping a friend restore his '78 Chevy Nova and we have run into a problem. The turn signals will not work. They don't light up, flash, or click; but the headlights, parking lights, and brake lights work perfectly. We have already checked the fuses, have done a visual check of the wiring, and changed the flasher box, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on what to do next?
